Chickpeas, or Garbanzo beans, are a deliciously nutty and versatile legume which can be eaten freshly sprouted in salads, cooked in curries and soups, and even blended into homemade falafel or hummus!
We currently have 2 varieties of sprouting chickpeas, one is certified organic and the other is organic.
